1. Seller and acceptance This website is operated by Jay Bhawani Hastkala Udyog under the brand Bhawani Sword. Eligibility and guest checkout You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. An account is optional and guest checkout is available. A minimum age of 21 years may apply to a restricted product where the product listing or applicable law requires it. 3. Product information Read the product title, images, description, dimensions, weight, material, price, intended use, age requirement and any product-specific notice before ordering. Handcrafted colour, grain, finish and minor detailing may vary. Such natural variation is not by itself a defect. 4. Prices, taxes and payment The price, discount, delivery charge and applicable taxes are those shown or calculated during checkout. Only payment methods currently enabled and shown for the order may be used. Do not send a card PIN, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or banking password. 5. Order request and acceptance An order submitted on the website is a request to purchase. It is accepted only when we mark or communicate it as accepted or confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order before or after acceptance if stock is unavailable, payment or address verification fails, the order appears fraudulent, delivery is unavailable, product eligibility cannot be confirmed, or supply would violate applicable law. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be processed. 6. Customer cancellation Packing begins immediately after we accept an order. Customer cancellation is therefore not available after acceptance. 7. Delivery We currently deliver only within India. Estimated home delivery is within 8 days after acceptance, subject to the Shipping Policy and events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate customer and delivery information. 8. Returns and refunds Returns are reviewed only for a damaged product, defective product or wrong product. Custom, personalised and wedding items are not returnable except for those eligible issues or where a remedy is required by law. Approved refunds are initiated within 15 days after approval. The complete process is stated in the Return and Refund Policy. 9. Lawful purchase and use You are responsible for purchasing, possessing, transporting, storing and using every product lawfully and safely, and for following product-specific instructions and restrictions. We may request reasonable age, identity, delivery or eligibility information and may refuse an order when lawful supply cannot be confirmed. 10. Website use and intellectual property Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit false information or copy website content, branding or media without permission. Rights in the Bhawani Sword name, website content, photographs and design remain with their respective owner. 11. Liability and statutory rights Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. 12. Governing law and contact These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes are subject to the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
