Do I need an account to order? No. Guest checkout is available. You can place an order by entering the required customer and delivery details. Where do you deliver? We currently deliver only within India. How long does delivery take? Packing starts after we accept the order. Estimated home delivery is within 8 days after acceptance, subject to the delivery address, courier operations and events outside our reasonable control. Can I cancel an accepted order? No. Customer cancellation is not available after we accept the order because packing begins immediately. When is a return considered? Returns are reviewed only for a damaged product, defective product or wrong product. Custom, personalised and wedding items are not returnable except where the product is damaged, defective or wrong, or where a remedy is required by law. How do I request a return or refund?
