Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligible issues A return request is reviewed only when the delivered product is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered. 2. Non-returnable items Custom, personalised and wedding items are not returnable unless they are damaged, defective or wrong, or unless a remedy is required under applicable consumer law. Change of mind, personal preference and customer cancellation after order acceptance are not return reasons. 3.
